Our School Zone
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones for 2020 onwards.
Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.
The Department provides guidance through the School Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations.

School Tours
Come and see our school in operation. School tours are conducted each Friday at 10.00 am. Please ring the office on 5944 3591 to organise a date that suits you.
Prep Enrolments
Starting school is a rather exciting occasion for the child and the parents. Our extensive transition program prepares the family to deal with the changes that are inevitable, especially the move from the limited environment of the kindergarten to that of a school with many more kids in the yard, more opportunities, more adults around them, wider programs and greater expectations of responsibility.
To enrol your child there are a few options available to you; you can come to the Office to collect an enrolment pack, download the documents below, or enrol online with the following link – https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/
To enrol at the school if you are out of our zone download and fill in the below documents.
Return the completed forms along with a copy of your child’s Birth and Immunisation certificates either via email beaconsfield.upper.ps@education.vic.gov.au, drop in to the office during school hours or post to Beaconsfield Upper PS, PO Box 403, Beaconsfield Upper, 3808.
Grade 1 to 6 enrolments
